THE TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
8:00 pm Monday March 6, 2006
- Roll Call. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm.
Board Members in attendance: Shawn Wilders, E.L. Smoogen, Andrea Colasardo and Lorrie Gould.
Trails homeowners present: Jim Gould
- Approval of Minutes. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. (Smoogen/Colasardo).
- Treasurers Report. Balance $32,424.99.
- Old business:
- Shawn is staying in contact with the city to see if we can have our streets resealed or resurfaced next spring.
- Shawn will contact Karen Johnston to see if we can upgrade our entrance signs, or find out what the process is with the city to change the signs (the signs are on city property).
- New business:
- The new park at the east entrance to The Trails is scheduled to go forward in the spring. It is scheduled to include horse shoes, swings and play equipment and an ampitheater.
